Kelly Howard, a Presidential Merit Scholar from the Art Institute of Chicago, has honed her craft over the last 28 years at various glass schools including Pilchuck, Penland, and Corning. Her work is informed by her background in painting, sculpture, and fiber and is grounded in a deep connection to nature. During this time she has opened two galleries and two hot shops, which comprise Lincoln City Glass Center, Volta Gallery and Kelly Howard Glass.
